Letha "Annie" Catron

Annie grew up in Hopkinsville after her father retired from the Army when she was six years old. She graduated from Hopkinsville High School in 2003 and went on to successfully pursue a bachelor’s in English from Lindsey Wilson College with a minor in Business Administration, graduating in December 2007.   
In April of 2018, she joined the United Way staff as President and CEO. She started her career in journalism shortly after graduating and spent 10 years working in local radio – eight years at WKDZ and WHVO in Cadiz and two years at River Radio in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Annie worked her way up from reporter to Assignment Editor and then Assistant News Director.  
In her free time, Annie serves on the Hopkinsville Young Professionals Engage (HYPE) Board of Directors and is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Hopkinsville, serving as the President for 2017-2018. She is a graduate of the Leadership Hopkinsville-Christian County program.
